AEW Star Reacts To Making In-Ring Return

An AEW star has reacted to competing in their first match in over six months on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

On this week’s episode of Dynamite, Ricochet teamed up with a partner of his choosing to face off against AEW International Champion Konosuke Takeshita and Kyle Fletcher of the Don Callis Family.

The partner ended up Powerhouse Hobbs, who had been out of action since his IWGP World Heavyweight Championship defeat to Jon Moxley on Dynamite in April.

Ricochet announced that Hobbs’ contract with the Don Callis Family expired on October 4, with Hobbs teaming with Ricochet to defeat his former stablemates.

Following his return after six months on the shelf, Hobbs took to Twitter to react to his return, simply writing:

ITS GOOD TO BE BACK!

Ricochet was also involved in a backstage segment with the Hurt Syndicate on Dynamite, where they approached him about potentially joining the group.
