AEW Star Shares Recovery Video Following ‘Significant’ Injury AEW

AEW star and former TNT Champion Powerhouse Hobbs has shared a recovery video following his “significant” injury.

On the April 24 edition of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley defeated Powerhouse Hobbs to retain the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.

Towards the end of the bout, Hobbs came up limping after suffering an injury. It was later revealed that the former TNT Champion had suffered a severe knee injury that forced him to undergo surgery.

Providing an update for fans, Powerhouse Hobbs took to social media to post a video of his recovery process and training following surgery. He wrote the following:

First week of PT done with the USC legend @RNA_sports had some ups and downs but still battled through and crushed my goals #BigBlacknJacked #Monstar #TheBluePrint

Hobbs’ fellow Don Callis Family stablemate Konosuke Takeshita will face IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley in a title eliminator match on Sunday, May 26 at AEW Double Or Nothing.
