AEW Star Ruled Out Until Early 2025 Following Surgery AEW

AEW star Nick Comoroto has been ruled out of in-ring action until early 2025 after undergoing surgery.

12 days on from his last TV match, AEW’s Nick Comoroto has taken to social media to announce his impending absence following successful hip resurfacing surgery.

In Comoroto’s message posted to Twitter, he conveyed how long he’s been dealing with the issue that required surgery – saying he’s been wrestling on “one leg for nearly two years”.

Comoroto wrote:

Hey guys, I recently just got my hip resurfaced. I was wrestling on one leg for nearly two years. It’s gonna feel amazing to be able walk my dogs again. I’ll see you all in early 2025. #AEW #AEWDynamite #ROH

After competing in WWE NXT for a year, Comoroto initially broke into AEW on their now-defunct YouTube shows Dark and Dark Elevation before joining QT Marshall’s The Factory faction in early 2021.

After that group dissolved Comoroto became a regular on ROH throughout 2023 and 2024, last competing against Lee Johnson on the August 11 ROH TV taping.

WrestleTalk wish Comoroto a healthy and swift recovery following his surgery.
