AEW Star Reveals Scrapped Plans For Female Faction Member AEW

Throughout the years, many factions have formed on AEW television, with a lot of fans pitching for potential new members of each.

When MJF formed the Pinnacle in 2021, consisting of himself, Wardlow, FTR and Shawn Spears, fans believed that the group would be well rounded out by adding a female member.

While a female member was never added to the group, Dax Harwood spoke on his FTR with Dax Harwood podcast, where he revealed the two women he pitched to join the group.

He said:

“We really wanted Britt (Baker), and there were talks of Britt being in the group, but Britt is a standalone star, no one needs to mess with her, she’s great.

“The other one that I really wanted and talked to Tony (Khan) about, he was pretty excited and had the idea, was Serena Deeb. Up until that point, she had been a babyface, but I thought she really fit what the Pinnacle was, especially Cash and myself, just an incredible wrestler who is considered a badass among the women.

“Those are the two, and the closest was probably Serena Deeb.”
