Former AEW World Tag Team Champion Ricky Starks says a lot of things are “uncertain” ahead of his debut in House of Glory.
Throughout the past year, there has been a lot of discussion among the wrestling world about the status of Ricky Starks. After being left off AEW television since March 2024, Starks found himself looking to the independent scene to remain active.
Following his arrival in Game Changer Wrestling, Starks was quickly pulled from his upcoming dates for GCW after a falling out over comments made by GCW star Effy about AEW President Tony Khan’s father Shahid Khan.
However, Starks is set to return to the ring when he faces former AEW star Mike Santana for the HOG World Championship on Friday, January 17 at the Watch The Throne event.
On January 15, Ricky Starks took to social media to address his upcoming bout. Describing a lot of things as “uncertain,” he wrote:
“This Friday I make my return to Chicago, one of my favorite cities and fans. A lot of things are uncertain but one thing is for sure ya boy never stops showing up and showing out”
It remains to be seen if or when Ricky Starks might make his return to AEW television at the time of this writing.
