All Elite Wrestling has the benefit of having a number of top-notch coaches on their staff. Dustin Rhodes, Arn Anderson, and Dean Malenko are currently on the company’s payroll but now Thunder Rosa has said she would love to one day join them.
While speaking on AEW Unrestricted, Rosa was asked about her goals for after her in-ring career. In short, she said she wants to be a coach and a scout. Here is the quote, courtesy of Fightful:
“I would love to be a coach and a scout. It’s important to have really good talent. When you have a really good scout, we need strong women’s wrestling. We don’t have enough time to train them and mold them, right? We need coachable people that will be there when you need them. I have a big vision and I know AEW will change a lot things in the coming years. That’s one thing I want to do. I will continue to grow my own promotion to where they are almost ready and know what they are doing (for television).”
Thunder Rosa recently defeated Britt Baker in a Lights Out match on AEW Dynamite. The match has been called one of the best women’s matches in American history.
