AEW Star Uses WWE Throwback Entrance At Double Or Nothing AEW

An AEW star used a throwback to their WWE days for an entrance at tonight’s Double or Nothing 2024 pay-per-view.

Ahead of the barbed wire steel cage match at AEW Double or Nothing on pay-per-view, Adam Copeland came out with an entrance reminiscent of a previous WWE character.

He may be Adam Copeland in AEW but his Double or Nothing entrance certainly looked like late 90s Edge as Copeland emerged from the floor, surrounded by fire.

Complete with a new licensed entrance theme (using South of Heaven by Slayer), you can see the entrance in the video below.

After already having resurrected a surprise attack of blood already, it seems that Adam Copeland is bringing ‘The Brood’ to AEW.

Literally, his entrance graphics even featured the phrase ‘The Brood’ as it seemed his latest character iteration in AEW is a true wild man.

During the match against Malakai Black, Copeland would jump off of the top of the cage to drop and elbow onto Black who was on a table below.

After a surprise appearance from Gangrel who helped Copeland fight off the House of Black, Copeland retained his TNT Championship.
