On hand at the Black Sports Business Symposium, a group of AEW’s best and brightest Black athletes took part in a panel about the history of professional wrestling.
At Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, the Black Sports Business Symposium has taken over to highlight excellence in the Black sports industry.
Today there was an AEW panel where several of AEW’s biggest stars and top champions took part in a discussion regarding their experiences as well as the future of the sport.
In attendance were TBS Champion Jade Cargill, TNT Champion Powerhouse Hobbs as well as Ricky Starks, Willow Nightingale and Stokely Hathaway.
In the panel moderated by Andreas Hale, the AEW stars spoke on the topic of “African Americans in Pro Wrestling: The Past, The Present & The Future” for an engaged crowd of learners.
