Despite a rather memorable debut (largely due to Rick Ross’ antics), AEW’s Mogul Affiliates faction has not quite got the wheels in motion since aligning with each other in late 2022.
Despite seeming set for a push of some description it’s been three weeks since their last appearance on the 3 March edition of AEW Rampage, a tag-team loss to the Naturally Limitless team of Keith Lee and Dustin Rhodes.
And now, courtesy of Fightful Select (subscription required) we may have the answer as to why the group has gone off the radar as of late.
Fightful are reporting that both Parker Boudreaux and Trench of the Mogul Affiliates are currently sidelined with injuries, however, they have not yet learned the “specifics on the injuries or possible timetables for their returns”.
The trio of Swerve Strickland, Parker Boudreaux and Trench were formed following the split of Strickland’s successful Swerve in Our Glory team with Keith Lee, with Keith since aligning with Dustin Rhodes.
