AEW’s Brandon Cutler has now filed for a new trademark, per the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
Cutler, real name Brandon Bogle, filed an application on Monday (July 8) to trademark his ring name “Brandon Cutler”.
Per the USPTO filing, Cutler intends for this trademark to cover use in several categories including “entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests”.
The following description accompanied the filing:
Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer;
Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer;
Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestler and sports entertainer;
Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Providing online interviews featuring a professional wrestling and sports entertainment personality in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes
Cutler was an AEW original star, making his debut for the company at the inaugural Double or Nothing event.
In addition to being an onscreen talent with AEW and ROH, Cutler also serves as an executive producer of content for AEW.
Cutler’s most recent televised match saw him lose to Jacoby Watts on the June 20 ROH episode.
