AEW Tag Team Name Trademarked Following Reunion AEW

A new trademark filing has been made for a tag-team name, following this team re-entering the AEW tag-team division.

Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta were reunited on the April 17 Spring BreakThru edition of Collision, with Romero betraying Tomohiro Ishii and aligning with the Don Callis Family.

Romero – who appears for AEW and NJPW – has now filed to trademark “RPG Vice”, after reuniting Roppongi Vice.

The following description accompanied the filing, per the USPTO:

Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer;

Providing online interviews featuring professional wrestlers and sports entertainers in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment for entertainment purposes;

Entertainment services, namely, personal appearances by a professional wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services, namely, televised appearances by a professional wrestlers and sports entertainers; Entertainment services, namely, live appearances by a professional wrestlers and sports entertainers

Prior to their reunion, Romero and Trent Beretta last wrestled together on the February 7, 2024 Rampage episode, teaming with Orange Cassidy in a losing effort against Matt Taven, Mike Bennett & Roderick Strong.
