AEW Star Addresses Possibility Of His Wife Joining The Company AEW

An AEW star has addressed the possibility of his wife joining the company, following her previous run with TNA Wrestling.

Since Josh Alexander officially signed with AEW in April 2025, there has been some speculation about his wife, former TNA Wrestling ring announcer Jade Chung, also becoming All Elite.

During an interview on the Battleground Podcast, Josh Alexander expressed interest in having Chung in AEW.

Believing Chung deserves a platform to showcase her talent, Alexander said:

“My wife (transitioned) her whole career from a wrestling manager into being a ring announcer just because she was asked to try it.

“She was worried about it but she’s like ‘Oh, I’ll give it a try, I’ve never done it, we’ll see.’ She went to voice lessons for a year, and she’s still going to this day, even though she’s not doing it anymore.

“But she did all this hard work and I think the hard work showed what she was able to do as a ring announcer, like she was getting praise from a lot of people that have been in the industry for a very long time.

“I think it’d be a terrible waste of her talents to not see her do what she now loves to do and is confident in doing, at a bigger company. AEW would be a very good place for that.”
