Top Star Believes AEW Smokes WWE ‘In Every Field Of Wrestling’

A top AEW star has made a bold statement about WWE, believing that AEW’s stars smoke WWE’s talent “every single day of the week.”

Wrestling fans are living through a very fun era, during which multiple companies have incredibly stacked rosters.

Speaking with Josh Martinez, Will Ospreay has argued that AEW’s stars smoke WWE’s in “every field of wrestling.”

Naming the likes of GUNTHER, Randy Orton and Chad Gable as “good guys” in WWE, Ospreay explained:

“We smoke them in every field of wrestling. We’re just better. I respect them, I respect every single one of them there, they’re all vets, they all know what they’re doing, they’re great at their job, they understand getting people on their feet, but we are so much more of a better wrestling company than them. Our guys smoke them every single day of the week.

“They’ve got good guys like GUNTHER. They’ve got great guys like Orton. They’ve got good guys like Chad Gable. I respect all of them. But on our worst day, we smoke all of you guys.”

Ospreay will face Hangman Page in the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament finals at Double or Nothing, with the winner going on to challenge for the AEW World Championship at All In.
