Here’s how AJ Styles’ new WWE contract compares to other deals offered by the company.
Earlier this week, Fightful confirmed that AJ Styles has re-signed with WWE, and will be bringing home ‘well over’ $3 million a year.
Per the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, this new deal puts Styles in the top echelon of WWE earners, on roughly the same money as Edge, Goldberg and The Miz. Stars earning larger salaries than Styles include Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Ronda Rousey and Randy Orton, according to the report.
Kevin Owens, who recently re-signed with the company, is on a deal for $2-3 million per year.
Fightful’s initial report stated that WWE offered Styles a big money deal, as they’d expect him to have plenty of offers from other promotions, if he was to become a free agent.
