AJ Styles Says “Never Say Never” To Impact Return

Earlier this week, new Impact Wrestling stars Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson claimed they were doing everything they could to try and get current WWE Intercontinental Champion AJ Styles to follow them back to Impact.

Styles took to his Twitch stream last night to address the comments made my Gallows and Anderson, and while he denied he had any plans to do so, he said those very tasty words: “never say never”.

“I don’t know what to think about that; you guys know how I feel about that. Yeah, Gallows and Anderson are trying to get me back [in Impact Wrestling] is what they said. Never say never but I also have said that I would like to finish my career in the WWE. So, we will see.”

Styles was quick to praise the promotion for all the work it’s currently doing.

“Not to say that they don’t have a lot going on right now. Man, they’ve got some strong talent. Not that they didn’t have good talent before, but they’ve upped it just a little bit more.”

He finished by saying how happy he was for both Gallows and Anderson, who were released by WWE back in April 2020.

“Man, I am so happy for those guys. I’m happy they’re happy, you know what I mean? ‘Cause there was a tough time there for all of us. So, they’re kicking tail right now anyway.”
