WWE recently held their 2021 Crown Jewel event, which saw Raw Tag Team Champions Randy Orton and Riddle retain their championship against AJ Styles and Omos.
Styles spoke with Ring Rules prior to the show, where he spoke about their match at Crown Jewel, and when AJ will be returning to singles action. Styles responded:
“I think first of all we’re gonna win our (WWE Raw Tag Team Championship) back (at WWE Crown Jewel). Omos and myself can focus on a singles run if we decide. Like you said before He’ll be a champion — WWE Champion/Universal Champion soon. I have no doubt about it,”
Styles was absent from this past week’s (October 25) episode of Raw, and Omos was alone on that show, costing the Street Profits their match against the Dirty Dawgs and Alpha Academy.
