The latest on Aleister Black’s potential WWE return following a teaser on last week’s episode of SmackDown.

Malakai Black officially left AEW last month, when it was announced that his contract with the company had expired.

Following his departure, it was reported that many expected that Black would be making his return to WWE, with creative plans being put in place for his potential return.

On last week’s episode of SmackDown, a video package aired which seemed to be teasing the arrival of Black, which simply featured smoke on a black background featuring the number 4.

It was later confirmed that the vignette was indeed intended to hype the return of Aleister Black, with him currently slated to make his return on the SmackDown show after WrestleMania 41.

On tonight’s episode of SmackDown, the teases for Black’s return continued, with a second vignette, which you can see here.

Vignettes have also begun airing for Rey Fenix on SmackDown ahead of his upcoming debut in WWE.
