Current Raw star Alexa Bliss and the recently released Murphy have exchanged warm comments after Murphy was let go by WWE.
In an interview with Chris Van Vliet, Murphy spoke about how Bliss helped him settle into America and American culture, and played a big part in his early WWE career.
In response to her former real-life fiancé’s comments, Bliss has now tweeted:
Thanks for the kind words Matt Always been there & I always will be there for you can’t wait to see what you do next @WWE_Murphy
It’s nice to see people in wrestling actually getting along like adults for once! Also, if you were wondering, Matt is Murphy’s real first name.
Murphy was released by WWE on June 2 but does have a 90-day non-compete unlike Malakai Black (Aleister Black) who only had 30 days thanks to a mistake by WWE.
