Alexa Bliss has shared an update on her health, after dealing with numerous health issues during her almost-two years away from the ring.
While Alexa Bliss hasn’t competed in a wrestling match since January 2023, the popular star has been facing her own battles in her personal life.
Bliss revealed in March 2023 that she had a procedure to remove skin cancer cells after a biopsy revealed she had basal and squamous cell carcinoma.
She later announced she was pregnant that May, before she and her husband Ryan Cabrera welcomed their daughter into the world that November.
Bliss recently confirmed on Twitter that she has also been dealing with pre-eclampsia – a condition that affects some pregnant woman resulting in serious symptoms including high blood pressure – and postpartum health complications.
The former champion has now taken to Twitter to provide clarification on her condition, noting that these were all things she was previously dealing with, and is healthy now.
Replying to a post about the above issues, Bliss responded:
Had* been dealing with – all good now 🖤
Bliss last wrestled at the January 2023 Royal Rumble premium live event, unsuccessfully challenging for Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship.
