A new update has emerged on WWE’s plans for Alexa Bliss, following her huge return at Royal Rumble 2025.
Bliss received a huge reaction during the Royal Rumble match, which was her first match in over two years.
While initial reports indicated that she would be on the Raw brand following Royal Rumble, Bliss’ absence from Monday’s (February 3) show fuelled speculation about her future.
Per PWInsider Elite, there have been pitches for Alexa Bliss to appear for the SmackDown brand moving forward. According to this report, Bliss wasn’t at the February 3 WWE Raw taping.
PWInsider once again confirmed that the original plan was for Bliss to make her WWE return at the January 13 Raw show in San Jose.
As was reported last month, original plans for Bliss’ return were reportedly for a return during the January 13 Raw episode, with an angle with The Wyatt Sicks pitched to take place on that show.
Interestingly, the Wyatt Sicks have since been moved to SmackDown, where Bliss has reportedly been pitched to end up.
A former WWE star was reportedly involved with negotiations for Alexa Bliss’ new contract, which you can read more about right here.
