There has been a major update on Alexa Bliss’ potential WWE return after almost two years off WWE television.
The former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion has not appeared on WWE television since the 2023 Royal Rumble event, where she lost to Bianca Belair in a Raw Women’s Championship match.
Following the match, Alexa has dealt with some health issues, as well as celebrating the birth of her first daughter.
Alexa recently confirmed that she is cleared to return, and is just waiting for the call from the company, and we may not have to be waiting too much longer.
In an update per PWInsider, there has been a lot of talk about Alexa Bliss in WWE creative circles as of late.
PWInsider had previously reported that WWE had Alexa’s return figured in for after the holiday season.
That reportedly has not changed, with the company currently working on when and how Alexa would return to storylines.
The belief among those that PWInsider spoke to is that Alexa would likely return to the fold by WrestleMania season.
