Former women’s champion Alexa Bliss has been pulled from a WWE event set to take place ahead of WrestleMania 41.
With Bliss wrestling for the first time in two years at February’s Royal Rumble event, there has been a lot of speculation about Bliss’ role for WrestleMania 41 on April 19 and 20.
An interesting update has fuelled uncertainty about her status, with Bliss no longer set to appear at the WWE World at WrestleMania 41 event.
Bliss was announced for this convention – set to span April 17-21 – in February, when it was indicated that she’d be available for photo-ops and autograph signings.
Fanatics – who runs the event – has now confirmed that Bliss is no longer set to appear at WWE World.
Responding to a Twitter user who noted that they couldn’t find Alexa Bliss on the WWE World website, Fanatics Events wrote:
Regrettably, Alexa Bliss is no longer attending.
Bliss is no longer listed on the WWE Superstar page for WWE World, which you can view right here.
Alexa Bliss was last in action in the March 1 Elimination Chamber match, which she was eliminated from by runner-up Liv Morgan.
We will continue to provide updates on Alexa Bliss as they become available.
A new WWE event has been announced for the same night as WrestleMania 41 Night Two, click here to read more.
