ALL IN Announces Two New Names

Ground-breaking independent wrestling show, ALL IN, is now less than a month away and more and more names are being added to what could be one of pro wrestling’s most historic nights.

Alongside the event’s founders, Cody (formerly Rhodes) and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson), as well as top names such as Kenny Omega, Kazuchika Okada, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page, Arrow star, Stephen Amell, and Rey Mysterio, two more big names have just declared themselves ALL IN.

Beretta and Chuck Taylor, known collectively as “The Best Friends” (aww), have been confirmed for the event, taking place in Chicago on the first of September.

ALL IN’s official Twitter account confirmed the news on August 2nd that the popular indie tag team will be appearing at the show. The nature of the tweet, which referred to Taylor and Beretta by the name of their team, not as individuals, indicates that they will feature on the show in some sort of tag team match.

Both men are highly successful and decorated on the indie scene. Taylor – who also goes by the name Chuckie T – is a former Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) world champion and has held tag team gold with some of WWE’s brightest stars, including Drew Galloway (now Drew McInytre) and Johnny Gargano.

As for Beretta, he used to wrestle for WWE under the name of Trent Beretta, working as one half of the Dude Busters tag team alongside Caylen Croft. He was released from the company in 2013 after a lackluster spell, but has definitely moved onto bigger and better things on the outside. As part of Roppongi Vince, a tag team with Rocky Romero, Beretta won four IWGP Junior Tag Team Championships, as well as the NEVER Openweight Six Man Tag Team titles with Toru Yano and Tomohiro Ishii. He was also ranked among the Top 100 Male Singles Wrestlers of 2017 by Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

Beretta and Taylor are two huge additions to an already stacked ALL IN card. September 1st should go down as one of pro-wrestling’s greatest nights and now The Best Friends will be there to be a part of it.
