All Out 2021 Expected To ‘Destroy’ AEW Pay-Per-View Record

It is reportedly internally believed that AEW All Out 2021 will ‘destroy’ the promotion’s pay-per-view record by a significant margin.

With CM Punk’s confirmed in-ring return, and Daniel Bryan’s reported AEW debut, tonight’s All Out event might just be the most anticipated wrestling show of the year.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has taken to Twitter to state that individuals within AEW are very excited about the pay-per-view. Noting that the event will feature surprises, Meltzer revealed that the show is expected to shatter one of the promotion’s records, tweeting:

“There will be surprises tonight and people internally are very excited about the show. Belief is they are going to destroy their existing PPV record (Revolution 2021) by a significant margin.”

The pay-per-view record is currently held by February’s Revolution event, with over 125,000 buys across traditional and digital platforms. Last year’s All Out event did 90,000 buys.

Here is the announced line-up for the show:

  • Kenny Omega vs. Christian Cage – AEW World Championship
  • Britt Baker vs. Kris Statlander – AEW Women’s World Championship
  • The Young Bucks vs The Lucha Brothers – AEW Tag Team Championship
  • Miro vs Eddie Kingston – AEW TNT Championship
  • Chris Jericho vs MJF – If Jericho loses, he will never wrestle for AEW again.
  • CM Punk vs. Darby Allin
  • Paul Wight vs. QT Marshall
  • Jon Moxley vs. Satoshi Kojima
  • Women’s Casino Battle Royale – Winner receives a shot at the AEW Women’s World Championship
  • Chuck Taylor, Wheeler Yuta, Orange Cassidy, and Jurassic Express vs. Matt Hardy, TH2, and Private Party (Buy In)
