Chad Gable & Otis of Alpha Academy were seemingly pulled from Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, ahead of WrestleMania 38.
The team had previously been advertised for the show, scheduled to face off against the Street Profits. Per Fightful Select (subscription required), the bout was still internally listed for the episode as of 7pm ET.
This match ultimately didn’t take place on the show, with the Street Profits instead attacking Randy Orton & Riddle during their match against The Usos.
It is unclear why Alpha Academy’s appearance was scrapped. As of writing, the team is still slated to face the Street Profits and champions RK-Bro for the Raw Tag Team Title at WrestleMania 38.
Gable & Otis last wrestled on Sunday night, at the Toronto, Canada house show. Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins competed in the same match.
We will provide updates on the situation as they become available.
