Following a video package putting over the NXT quartet’s sojourn to the main roster, Mauro Ranallo, Percy Watson and Nigel McGuinness gave us some breaking news that had nothing to do with that.
The return of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
The tag tournament began in 2015 as a tribute to the late, great Dusty Rhodes, who was a key figure behind the scenes in NXT and much-loved by the PC graduates of the time.
This will be the fourth tournament, with NXT having missed a year in 2017.
2015: Finn Balor & Samoa Joe
2016: The Authors Of Pain
2018: The Undisputed Era
