Andrade has made a major appearance following his WWE release, challenging Kenny Omega to a title match at AAA TripleMania.
At AAA Rey de Reyes 2021, Andrade made his AAA debut. The former WWE star appeared in a video package after the main event, declaring that he wants Kenny Omega’s AAA Mega Championship.
Andrade took to Twitter after the show with the video package, noting that he will see fans at TripleMania 2021, if Omega accepts his challenge.
Also promising a showdown with Psycho Clown in due course, Andrade tweeted:
Si Kenny omega acepta nos vemos en triplemania @luchalibreaaa y @Psychooriginal nos vemos pronto. If kenny accepts the challenge, see you at #Triplemania and Psycho see you soon. #ElIdolo #Andrade #LaSombra #AAA 👊🏼 https://t.co/MElHBujkdI

Puma King and Diamante Azul attacked Psycho Clown, Pagano and Chessman before Andrade’s video package was played. King and Azul stated that Andrade will be joining them to form a faction called “La Empresa”, which roughly translates to “The Company”.
Omega currently holds the AAA Mega Title as well as the AEW and IMPACT World Championships. A date for this year’s TripleMania is yet to be confirmed, but is expected to take place this summer in front of a live crowd.
Kenny Omega isn’t the only AEW star set to wrestle for another promotion. IWGP US Champion Jon Moxley is set to compete on the next episode of NJPW Strong.
