Andrade appeared on tonight’s February 12 WWE Raw in a vignette as he recapped his history in the business and what his goal in returning to WWE.
He noted that he reached a point that he had to decide what he wanted to do in his career after wrestling his first match at age 13.
Recalling entering the WWE and capturing titles in NXT, Andrade said the titles were not enough.
He said that he had to leave to remember who he really is but now that he has returned, his direction is clear.
Andrade isn’t the only member of the WWE roster in the hunt for championship gold after the trio of Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser, Gionvanni Vinci and GUNTHER) took on the New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) and Jey Uso.
In the end, Uso picked up the pinfall victory over Vinci, so it certainly looks like Uso will be next in line to challenge Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship.
