Anoa’i Family Member Shares Honest Thoughts On Sami Zayn In The Bloodline

Anoa’i Family Member Shares Honest Thoughts On Sami Zayn In The Bloodline WWE

Another member from the Anoa’i family wrestling dynasty has shared his honest thoughts on Sami Zayn’s current place in WWE’s Bloodline faction.

Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns currently leads the Bloodline, which almost exclusively features wrestlers from his family.

The current iteration of the faction includes Reigns (Leati Joseph Anoaʻi), Jimmy Uso (Jonathan Fatu), Jey Uso (Joshua Fatu), Solo Sikoa (Joseph ‘Sefa’ Fatu) and Sami Zayn.

Zayn was named an ‘Honorary Uce’ in September, and has been earning the trust of the other Bloodline members in recent months.

At Survivor Series in November, Zayn helped the faction defeat the Brawling Brutes, Drew McIntyre & Kevin Owens in a WarGames bout.

In an interview with Bill Apter of Sportskeeda Wrestling, former WWE star Manu (Afa Anoa’i Jr) noted that he’s fine with Zayn being part of the Bloodline, noting:

“Yeah, I’m okay with it. I’m okay because, at the end of the day, he’s just an Honorary Uce. It’s not like he’s being portrayed as an Uce or Uso. He’s not saying he’s hailing from the Island of Samoa.”

Stating that Zayn will have heat with him if he tries to claim that he’s actually Samoan, Manu said:

“Oh, if he does, then we’ll have heat. Then we’ll have heat for sure.”

With Zayn reportedly set to face off against Roman Reigns in early 2023, it has been speculated that Zayn will turn on the Samoan faction. There has also been predictions in the other direction, with many believing that the faction will turn on Zayn.
