Another Ladder Match Announced For NXT

Last week’s episode of NXT featured a big Ladder Match in the main event. Pete Dunne defeated Kyle O’Reilly to win the WarGames advantage and now the women of NXT will follow suit.

WWE announced today that this week’s episode of NXT will feature another Ladder Match for the WarGames advantage, this time involving Shotzi Blackheart and Raquel Gonzalez. Here is the official preview from WWE.com:

“Shotzi Blackheart will have to go through the powerful Raquel González in order to claim the WarGames advantage as they collide in a Ladder Match this week on NXT.

Candice LeRae beat Blackheart to the punch in assembling her WarGames team, recruiting González, Dakota Kai, and most shockingly, Toni Storm. But Blackheart has begun to round out her roster in impressive fashion, bringing former NXT Women’s Champions Ember Moon and Rhea Ripley into the fold.

She faces an uphill battle in this bout against “Big Mami Cool,” who has blazed a trail of destruction as one of NXT’s fastest-rising stars in 2020. Blackheart, though, has shown repeatedly that she relishes a challenge.”

Shotzi Blackheart has been recruiting people to her team over the last week. Ember Moon and Rhea Ripley have joined her team but she will have to find one more person before Sunday.

On the other side is Candice LeRae’s team. LeRae joined forces with Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez before Toni Storm turned heel and joined the team.
