A previous report regarding Jeff Hardy we brought you yesterday has now been confirmed via court records says PWInsider.
The hearing comes after several months of notable events for Hardy stemming from his June 13, 2022 arrest.
Jeff Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida and charged with multiple charges, including DUI and driving with a suspended license.
It has now been revealed the pre-trial hearing for Jeff Hardy’s Florida charges related to alleged DUI has been officially pushed back to October 19, 2022.
On the day after his arrest, June 14, 2022, All Elite Wrestling announced that Hardy was suspended without pay effective immediately.
Hardy previously filed a written plea of “not guilty” on June 28, 2022.
Reportedly, Jeff Hardy has been seeking the substance abuse treatment that was recommended and is conditional to facilitate a return to AEW.
