Another popular name was unofortunately included in this past week’s WWE cuts as Josiah Williams has been let go by the company.
Williams worked on digital projects with WWE and was best known for his work rapping some entrance themes.
He most recently did Cameron Grimes’ new music and also performed Adam Cole live to the ring at NXT TakeOver XXV in 2019.
Williams had been furloughed at the start of the pandemic but ended up being brought back in when things eased up.
He’s also done theme music outside of WWE, notably for Shawn Spears and Serena Deeb of AEW.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful broke the news of his release on Twitter.
