WWE teased that Finn Balor would be appearing as the “Demon” at WrestleMania after a WWE Network advert showed him in full ”Demon” attire.
This week on Raw Finn Balor defeated Bobby Lashley and Jinder Mahal in a handicap match to earn the right to face Lashley for his Intercontinental Championship at the “show of shows”. Lashley’s hypeman Lio Rush would post a video to his Twitter that once again hinted at Balor’s alter-ego appearing at WrestleMania.

Rush would ask Lashley what he will do to his opponent on the ”grandest stage of them all”, to which the former TNA Champion said he intends to “beat ‘The Demon’ out of” Finn Balor inside MetLife Stadium.
Finn Balor has not donned the Demon paint since SummerSlam 2018 when he quickly dispatched of Baron Corbin. Before that, the last time the “Demon” came out was for TLC in 2017 in a winning effort against AJ Styles. If Balor does adopt his alter-ego on April 7th, it will be his WrestleMania debut in this form of his character and his first appearance of 2019.
With a win percentage of 100% as the “Demon”, fans have speculated that Finn Balor could squash Bobby Lashley in a quick match that would prevent the speculated 17 match card from dragging more than it inevitably will.
