Another championship change took place at tonight’s AEW Dynasty pay-per-view event in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Tonight’s show featured a number of championship matches, which included Bandido scoring the victory over Chris Jericho in a Mask vs. Title match to become the new ROH World Champion.
Another title match saw Daniel Garcia defend the TNT Championship against Adam Cole in a match that would feature no time limit following the pair’s time limit draw on Collision a number of weeks prior.
On this night though, it was Cole who was able to pick up the victory, defeating Garcia to capture his first singles championship in his AEW career.
Cole’s only other championship victory in AEW came back in 2023, when he and MJF won the ROH World Tag Team Championship as part of Better Than You Bay Bay.
Garcia won the championship from Jack Perry back at AEW Full Gear in November.
