Another Title Match And More Set For NXT

WWE has announced a second title match and teased more big segments for tonight’s episode of NXT which airs on the USA Network at 8pm ET.

On top of the already-announced Imperium vs Breezango Tag Title match and Tommaso Ciampa return, the show will also see Santos Escobar defend the Cruiserweight Championship against Isaiah Scott.

Every other champion on the yellow brand will also be appearing on the show, although not defending their respective titles. It’s also been reported that Stu Bennett/Wade Barrett will be on commentary during the show.

New NXT Champion Karrion Kross will open the show with Scarlett. Kross beat Keith Lee to win the title at TakeOver, but is believed to have suffered a shoulder injury, so expect an update on the severity of that tonight.

Damian Priest, who won the vacant North American Title in a five-way ladder match will also be on the show, so perhaps we’ll find out who’s going to be first to challenge him.

And after the post-match setup angle at TakeOver, we’ll be getting a tag team match featuring Women’s Champion Io Shirai with Rhea Ripley against Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez.
