Another Title Match Announced For WWE Raw

Another championship match has been added to this coming Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, which is now being promoted as a ‘championship edition’ of the show.

The newly announced match will see 24/7 Champion R-Truth defend his title against Akira Tozawa ‘and his ninjas’.

Tozawa and his ninjas made their presence known at Backlash, confronting the Street Profits and Viking Raiders during their brawl outside the Performance Center.

The ninjas all rode in on motorcycles, with Tozawa being the leader, and on last Monday’s Raw, there was eight-man tag with the Profits and Raiders against Tozawa and three ninjas.

There was, of course, the big ninja – 7ft 3ins giant Jordan Omogbehin – on the outside, so Big Show showed up and came to assist the Profits and Raiders.

Is it all a bit silly? Yes. But is it entertaining? Well, that’s subjective, but it certainly seems to have people talking.

• Street Profits (c) vs. Viking Raiders – Raw Tag Team Championship
• Bayley & Sasha Banks (c) vs. The IIconics – Women’s Tag Team Championship
• Ric Flair to crown Randy Orton the ‘Greatest Wrestler Ever’
