WWE
Another departure from WWE has been announced, adding to the list of recent NXT and developmental talent exits.
WWE has recently released a number of NXT wrestlers, as well as developmental names who had yet to debut on the brand, including Performance Center recruits and ID prospects.
The latest name to join the list is WWE ID talent Bryce Donovan, who had featured regularly on WWE Evolve as a member of the Vanity Project.
He had recently turned on the rest of the Vanity Project to set up a match with Evolve Champion Jackson Drake, which aired last night, and saw Drake retain his title.
Bryce Donovan announced:
Finale.
I will no longer be with WWE ID or Evolve
Thanks for the good time everyone
Learned a lot especially from @TheRealXPac who’s the best coach anyone could ask for
I’ll let you know what’s happening next when I decide or maybe I won’t idk yet
Another Vanity Project member, Zayda Steel, was also released from her WWE ID contract recently.
A brand new group of ID signees are set to debut on Evolve soon.
There had been no WWE ID signings made since 2024, so it appears the idea is to have something of a yearly cycle of releases and new signings.
