After a number of WWE NXT talents have received new names recently, another has now been added to the list based on his social media name.
Anthony Greene – formerly of EVOLVE – is seemingly now August Grey as he’s changed his Twitter name and handle to that.
Greene has already appeared on NXT and 205 Live a couple of times, most notably in the segment with Timothy Thatcher a couple of weeks ago.
WWE has yet to file a trademark for August Grey as it has with other new names. We’ll keep you up to date regarding that if and when it happens.
Just worth noting is that Vic Joseph actually called him Austin Grey during NXT tonight, but it would seem that was an error.
