Another WWE Star Removed From WrestleMania 41 WWE

Yet another WWE star has been pulled out of their match at WrestleMania 41 in addition to the already removed Kevin Owens and Rey Mysterio.

Owens and Mysterio were ruled out due to legitimate injuries, with Owens’ replacement against Randy Orton not yet announced, and Mysterio’s replacement against El Grande Americano confirmed to be Rey Fenix.

Now, there’s been another change, as during the Countdown show before WrestleMania night one, there was a backstage angle with Bayley having been attacked backstage.

Bayley was set to team with Lyra Valkyria against WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on night two.

It’s unknown at this point if her removal is also due to a legitimate late issue, or if it’s actually been planned all along.

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce asked Morgan and Rodriguez if they had anything to do with the attack which they denied.

Nonetheless, Pearce asserted that the match will still go ahead, but Valkyria now has 24 hours to find herself a new tag team partner.

The obvious bet, especially if this was a pre-planned angle, would be Becky Lynch, who has been re-signed with WWE for a while now and is in Las Vegas this weekend as she attended the Hall of Fame.

Lynch has history with Valkyria from NXT in 2023, as well as with Morgan in 2024, who was her last opponent before she temporarily left WWE.

However, there are plenty of other women not on the card who could fill the spot, including Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green who Jackie Redmond suggested on the Countdown show.
