New AEW Trios Champions were crowned back at AEW All In, when the Acclaimed and Billy Gunn defeated the House of Black to become the new champions.
The Acclaimed and Gunn brought their titles to this week’s episode of Dynamite in Chicago, where they welcomed us to the ‘House of Ass’.
On top of that, the three introduced new custom AEW Trios Championship titles, which featured the golden plate on a pink strap with scissors on each end.
Taking to Twitter today, Anthony Bowens responded to the reaction to the new titles, as well as sharing his hilarious concept art for the belts.
He wrote:
I’m glad everyone loves the new trios belt design! When I first approached the office with the idea, this was legit the concept art I drew and sent in . I’m skilled at a lot of things but drawing isn’t one of them HANG IT IN THE LOUVRE #AEWDynamite
The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass are set to make their first defence of the titles against Daniel Garcia and 2point0 on this Saturday’s episode of Collision.
