Arrow Star Stephen Amell Teases Return To The Ring

It has been no secret that Arrow star Stephen Amell has been a massive wrestling fan. He has also stepped into the ring on rare occasion but now we might be seeing him get back in the ring one more time.

Arguably his most famous match was against Christopher Daniels at ALL IN. To date, it was Amell’s only singles match and now he has teased a rematch. Amell tweeted out a picture of himself in an SCU shirt with the caption “Yo Christopher Daniels – Hit me up in January. It might be time to run it back.” and Daniels responded, “Ready when you are.”

Daniels was able to defeat Amell in their one match at ALL IN. Prior to their meeting, Amell also competed in a ten-man tag match in Ring of Honor in 2017, as well as a tag team match at WWE SummerSlam. His SummerSlam match saw him team with Neville (PAC) to face Stardust (Cody) and Wade Barrett. This led to Cody’s involvement in Arrow and Amell’s appearances in wrestling going forward.

Since his match at ALL IN, Amell has made sporadic appearances in wrestling. The most recent was when he appeared during Cody’s entrance at All Elite Wrestling’s Revolution pay per view.
