WWE Raw star Asuka has continued to tease the return of her old ‘Kana’ character with a trip to Osaka, Japan.
Following a loss on the December 5 edition of WWE Raw, Asuka began to share cryptic posts on Instagram and Twitter, hinting at a comeback for a previous gimmick she used in Japan.
After all of these teases, Asuka had a slightly different look for the December 12 edition of Raw, wearing less warpaint.
After suffering a loss to Rhea Ripley on this show, Asuka took to Twitter to note that she will be on a trip ‘for a while’.
The popular star has now shared a video to her YouTube channel titled ‘I’m going to Japan to look for something I forgot’.
While she doesn’t explain what she’s looking for in the video, the three minute video ends with her in her hometown of Osaka, Japan.
Indicating that she was unsuccessful in her search, Asuka has since tweeted:
There’s nothing there.
It is currently unclear when Asuka will be back in the US, or when she will next wrestle.
