Survivor Series WarGames takes place on Saturday, November 26, bringing the match concept to the WWE main roster for the first time ever.
The 2022 event brings to an end the post-2016 tradition of brand supremacy at Survivor Series as well as bringing with it a much-loved WCW concept that was adopted by WWE NXT.
With Survivor Series WarGames only a week away, WWE Raw on November 21 will feature a match to decide which team takes the advantage in the WarGames match.
As reported by WWE, Asuka will face Rhea Ripley to secure the numbers advantage.
As part of Team Bianca Belair, Asuka will be joined by Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Mia Yim and a fifth entrant.
They’ll face the team of Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky), Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley.
On the November 25 episode of WWE SmackDown, Drew McIntyre & Sheamus will face The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) for their WarGames Advantage Match.
At Survivor Series, the WarGames matches will start with one person from each team inside the double-ring cage.
After five minutes, a member from the advantaged team will enter the match, effectively giving that team a two-on-one advantage.
Then, at three-minute intervals, alternating members from each team will join the match until all competitors are inside the cage.
At this point, WarGames will officially begin, with pinfall and submission being the only ways to win the bout.
