Watch Heartwarming Backstage Footage Of Zelina Vega In Puerto Rico For WWE Backlash

WWE Backlash in Puerto Rico is now officially in the books, and the Puerto Rican crowd had a lot of fans buzzing.

One of the best moments of the night came during the SmackDown Women’s Championship match, when Puerto Rico native Zelina Vega challenged Rhea Ripley for the title.

Rhea ultimately came out on top during the bout, but the reception that Vega got both during and after the match was heartwarming for the LWO member.

Zelina came to the ring in Puerto Rican colours, standing in the ring as the crowd serenaded her with chants and cheers.

WWE uploaded a video to Twitter today, spotlighting Vega during her time in Puerto Rico, including her and the LWO getting matching tattoos of the stable’s logo.

The video also shows her heartwarming reaction to the moment, which can be seen in the video below.

Zelina was far from the only WWE star to get major reactions on the show, as the crowd was also firmly behind hometown hero Bad Bunny, who defeated Damian Priest in a San Juan Street Fight.
