Backstage News On Eric Bischoff & Grayson Waller WWE Raw Appearances

Backstage news has emerged on Eric Bischoff and Grayson Waller’s appearances on the December 27 edition of Monday Night Raw.

During this week’s show, Bischoff returned to WWE TV to officiate The Miz & Maryse’s vow renewal ceremony. Grayson Waller had another confrontation with AJ Styles, following their interaction on last week’s episode of NXT 2.0.

As per PWInsider, creative plans for Bischoff’s appearance were locked in on Thursday, December 23. It was also stated that plans for NXT star Grayson Waller on the show were also decided upon around this time.

Bischoff’s return came as a surprise to many, as the WWE Hall of Famer has made sporadic appearances for AEW over the past year, namely during the Chris Jericho vs Orange Cassidy feud.

WWE reportedly plans to use Styles as a face moving forward, with significant plans for the Phenomenal One in early 2022.
