Some more news has come to light regarding the departure of former head booker Marty Scurll from Ring of Honor (ROH) this past week.
Scurll had not been active in the promotion since allegations of sexual misconduct had been made against him last year during the #SpeakingOut movement.
Fightful Select reports that many members of the roster weren’t surprised to see the back of Scurll, especially after he’d been removed from the roster page in September.
It was also noted that there were plenty of people in the locker room who thought he should have been given a second chance, but also plenty who “just wanted to see him leave”.
He’s said to still be in Orlando as of now, but hasn’t been to any of the Ring of Honor tapings.
There is no word on where Scurll will end up after this but the belief is that it AEW is unlikely.
