Issue With Bad Bunny’s Royal Rumble Entry May Have Led To Shane McMahon WWE Departure

Shane McMahon was reportedly ‘let go’ from WWE earlier today following him receiving major backstage heat after the 2022 Royal Rumble match.

Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Podcast has provided more information on the Rumble match, stating that there were numerous changes to what number Bad Bunny would be entering the match.

This was a cause for concern, and made people within WWE upset, as they didn’t want to come off negatively with such a major outside star.

Shane served as a producer for the match, with him in charge of the late portion of the match that saw him last until the final three participants, which was the portion of the match that Bad Bunny entered.
