Bad Bunny WWE In-Ring Return Update

Bad Bunny WWE In-Ring Return Update WWE

Bad Bunny has addressed the possibility of a WWE return, following his previous in-ring appearances with the company.

The Puerto Rican rapper won over WWE fans during his stints with the company. With Bad Bunny last wrestling in May 2023, there has been a lot of speculation about a potential in-ring comeback for the popular artist.

Speaking with Rolling Stone, Bad Bunny noted that he wants to wrestle for WWE ‘one more time’.

Noting that he remains in contact with people in WWE, he said:

“I want to do it one more time. I want to put my life at risk in the ring. I felt like I didn’t risk it enough in the ring, and I want to do it. I want to scare my mother. When? I don’t know. We stay in contact with the people at WWE, we’re always paying attention to what’s going on.

“But when, I don’t know. I hope there’s a time where I can really get ready, like I did the last few times. And I’d love to take more time to get ready physically.

“But man, just like in music, I do this to get better and to do something different. Sometimes, I say, ‘I’m going to quit everything and just do wrestling full time.’

“I feel like in wrestling, I just go sporadically as a celebrity. I’m going to go full time and be a heel. That’s what I’d love. I was always a fan of the villains more than the good guys.”

Bad Bunny made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 37 in 2021, where he teamed with Damian Priest to defeat The Miz and John Morrison.

He then appeared in the 2022 Royal Rumble match, where he survived for seven minutes before getting eliminated by Brock Lesnar.

Bad Bunny’s most recent in-ring appearance saw him defeat Damian Priest in a street fight at Backlash 2023 in Puerto Rico.
