Top WWE Stars Say Goodbye To The Raw Women’s Championship WWE

A pair of top WWE stars reminiscence about their past match and say goodbye to the Raw Women’s Championship.

On the June 7 edition of WWE SmackDown, Adam Pearce presented Asuka with a brand new WWE Women’s Championship to officially replace the Raw Women’s Championship that she won from Bianca Belair at Night of Champions.

A fan on Twitter shares highlights from Belair’s Last Woman Standing Match against Bayley for the Raw Women’s Championship from Crown Jewel 2022.

In response to the fan, Bayley posted a public goodbye to the championship and thanked it for the special moments. She tweeted:

Goodbye to the #RAW Womens title. Thanks for the special moments, this being one of MANY.

Bayley’s Crown Jewel 2022 opponent Bianca Belair quote tweeted her and called it “one of her absolute favs.” Belair tweeted:

One of my absolute favs!!!!!!! Whew I love this match. Despite our difference we had we made a lot of history together. Thank you for the fights and memories especially during this title reign. … respect to one of the greatest in this business!

“The E.S.T. of WWE” asked for a rematch for the new championship on Friday’s SmackDown, but she was skipped in the line for an upcoming shot.

During the championship presentation, the returning Charlotte Flair challenged Asuka for the title, which “The Empress of Tomorrow” accepted.

Asuka will defend the WWE Women’s Championship against Flair on the June 30 episode of SmackDown from London, England.
