Signed to a WWE contract in January 2020,Kit Wilson & Elton of Prince Pretty Deadly would compete in NXT UK, going on to hold the United Kingdom brand’s Tag Team Championship.

A move to the United States in 2022 would see the pair repeat their title success, becoming two-time NXT Tag Team Champions before being drafted to the main roster the following year.

Wilson recently revealed the support he received from Bayley following his move to the United States during an appearance on 99.7 NOW with Big Reid, saying:

“Just as a shout-out to her, she is a fantastic, dare I say, friend and mentor of mine.

The Enduring Appeal Of Bayley

First signing with WWE back in December 2012, Bayley has seen and done it all across brands. The first-ever WWE Women’s Grand Slam Champion, having held all the respective titles in NXT, Raw and SmackDown, along with the Women’s Tag Team Championship, Bayley was also the first-ever Women’s Triple Crown Champion.

Night 1 of WrestleMania 42 will see Bayley once again team with Lyra Valkyria in the Fatal Four-Way WWE Women’s Tag Team Match, with The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend) also defending against Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss, and The Bella Twins.

Recently, Bayley has further demonstrated her interest in shaping the future of professional wrestling, running the first of her Lodestone training camps, aimed at women wrestlers. Maxxine Dupri shared an insight into that experience, which saw John Cena share his knowledge, too.
